To be addressed to the Senior County Solicitor in respect of the unlawful involvement of Mr C Jackson in Firefighter Hyde’s discipline case hearing. Such confirmation is required in connection with a potential complaint to the law society for England and Wales arising from Mr Jackson’s unethical behaviour.
